Instructions for Offline Orders
Please complete this form and submit it. Be sure to include the quantities of each item that you wish to order. The quantity fields should be the number of packages of each item you want to order. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly. Please click the confirmation link when you receive that order. You will then receive a 2nd email (this one will be from cmyers@npsf.org) that includes your total cost including the shipping amount. Simply reply to that email with your acknowledgment of the total cost and state that it is “OK to ship” or “Purchase Authorized” or similar and we will process your order immediately. An invoice and tracking info will be emailed to you.
