Thank you for your order from the Patient Safety Awareness Week store.

If you did not pay with a credit card and your order was processed using our Offline Order Form, you will receive a system-generated order confirmation email shortly. Please click the confirmation link when you receive that order. You will then receive a 2nd email from cmyers@npsf.org that includes your total cost including the shipping amount. Simply reply to that email with your acknowledgment of the total cost and state that it is “OK to ship” or “Purchase Authorized” or similar and we will process your order immediately. An invoice and tracking info will then be emailed to you.

ABOUT PATIENT SAFETY AWARENESS WEEK

Patient Safety Awareness Week (PSAW) is a national education and awareness-building campaign for improving patient safety at the local level. Hospitals and healthcare organizations across the country are encouraged to plan events to promote patient safety within their own organizations. Educational activities are centered on incorporating patients and families as active participants on their healthcare teams, as well as assisting organizations to build partnerships within their communities.
